We’ve had an update to the Trinity App!

Taking on board suggestions from our community, we’re pleased to announce that the Trinity App has had a makeover. The updated app is now available via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Please take a moment to update your version of the app and sign in with your parent credentials.

What’s New?

Leave Requests

Entering leave requests is now easier than ever. Rather than having to enter your and your son’s details each time, the app will now pre-populate the fields based on your parent login. All you need to do is let us know when and what type of leave it is, and the reason for the request. We hope you enjoy the new simplicity!

We’ve also introduced the ability for you to upload additional documentation (e.g. Medical Certificate) directly from your phone or computer. If required by the school, a link to an upload form will be sent to the parent who made the initial leave request.

Health Advice

The new Health Advice button now provides a direct link to Trinity’s COVID updates, keeping you informed on all information related to COVID, return to face-to-face learning and vaccination information.

Performance and Design Enhancements

Along with additional performance enhancements, the landing page has also been redesigned with the two buttons above being added, and other links shifted to the page footer (iPhone version). Links to our social media platforms have also moved to the footer bar.

Settings

Settings allows you to manage the frequency and type of notifications that you receive from Trinity Grammar School.

A quick note on the Calendar

If you’re using the Calendar tile for the first time, you may notice no events showing. Select on the Filter button at the top of the screen to show categories that only you would like to see.
