A draft draw of the winter fixtures is out on the TGS App under fixtures for the season for Football, Rugby, Intra Sport and AFL. The season commences on the first Saturday of Term 2, April 24th. Football and Intra Sport will both have their home matches at Bressington Park. AFL will be held at ELS Hall Oval in North Ryde each week. Rugby’s home matches are likely to be played both at school and at Cooke Park, Belfield. I stress it is only a draft and could change depending on grounds becoming unavailable or various weather issues forcing late changes.

Boys should have a good idea of their placement in teams after yesterday’s final trial session.

House Cross Country Championships

Fine weather greeted us last Friday and the boys were able to move around the 2km or 3 km course on sure footings with parents able to spectate once again.

The overall results of the four age groups and how the Houses finished is below with Young House retaining the cup they won in 2020. Congratulations to them!

20 boys across the four age groups will represent The Junior School on Wednesday, April 21st at The King’s School to contest the IPSHA Cross Country Championships.
